🌎 Where We Ship

We currently ship within Canada and the United States.

At this time we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Some rural areas may also be excluded. 

🚨🚨U.S. Orders: Please note that shipments to the United States may face extra duties, taxes, or customs, this is the responsibility the customer. 

🚚 Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on your province or state. We offer flat rate shipping across Canada and the U.S. — the exact rate will be shown at checkout.

💌 Free shipping in Canada on orders over $175 CAD (before tax and discounts).

🚨‼️Online only. No local pickup or in person shopping.‼️

⏳ Processing Times

Because we’re a small, husband-and-wife team making each product in small batches, please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be packed and shipped. During busy seasons or sales, processing may take slightly longer — but we’ll always do our best to keep things moving quickly!

📮 Carriers

We ship using ChitChats, which partners with trusted carriers like Canada Post, USPS, and Asendia to keep your shipping fast and affordable.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

📫 Delivery Times (Estimated)

  • Canada: 2–10 business days
  • USA: 4–12 business days 

(Please Note: Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to additional duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival. These charges are set by U.S. customs and are the responsibility of the customer. We do our best to provide affordable cross-border shipping, but delivery times may also be delayed by customs processing)

📦 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t show up after a reasonable amount of time, please email us at support@frostedfoxbathco.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll always do our best to make it right.
